Acacia Donohue was born and raised in Rochester NY. They grew up surrounded by the local art scene in Rochester taking inspiration from their mother who works as a tattoo artist. Donohue then attended Monroe Community College in 2022 for their associate in Fine Arts. Throughout their history of creative endeavors their art has been featured in the Mercer Gallery’s 2023 Student Art Exhibition, as well as Rochester Contemporary Art Center’s 2023 6 x 6 show. Donohue is currently finishing their associates in Fine Arts with plans to transfer to Alfred University for their BFA.
